When Penn Festival comes to The Big Park in Buckinghamshire each year, it brings with it the very best names in rock and pop. It has just been announced that UK garage superstar Craig David will be amongst the headliners when Penn Festival returns from Friday 19th and Saturday 20th of July 2019.
