The biggest UK tours & live shows on sale this week
DURAN DURAN
When: Saturday 31st October 2026 (The O2 arena, London)
Following sold-out Danse Macabre Halloween shows at Madison Square Garden and Manchester's Co-op Live, Duran Duran bring the concept to London for the first time. The O2 arena date on Saturday 31st October 2026 serves as the finale to the band's first full UK arena tour in three years, a run that takes in Glasgow, Belfast, Birmingham, Liverpool and Leeds through October before the capital closes things out with a Halloween spectacular.
The show has its roots in a 2022 Las Vegas performance that spawned the acclaimed Danse Macabre album, now evolved into a full theatrical event: expect deep cuts, rarities and surprises alongside the hits, with a venue-wide Halloween takeover at The O2 arena adding to the occasion. It's a different proposition from a standard arena show, and deliberately so.
The timing is well-chosen. Recent single "Free To Love", recorded with longtime collaborator Nile Rodgers, became BBC Radio 2's most-played track in its first week of release and landed on 21 Spotify New Music Friday playlists globally, suggesting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees are operating with rather more momentum than nostalgia.
Support across all UK dates outside London comes from Pigeon, the Margate five-piece whose debut album OUTTANATIONAL (2026) has made a strong early impression.
SNOW PATROL
When: Monday 21st - Tuesday 22nd September 2026 (Royal Albert Hall, London)
Twenty years on from its release, Eyes Open remains one of the defining British rock albums of its era: the best-selling UK album of 2006, the 15th best-selling of the entire decade, and home to "Chasing Cars", still the most-played song of the 21st century on UK radio. Snow Patrol mark the anniversary with two nights at the Royal Albert Hall, London, performing the album in full for the first time, followed by a broader run of hits and, according to frontman Gary Lightbody, "maybe even a deep cut or two."
The venue carries its own weight here. The band played the Royal Albert Hall for their Reworked shows in both 2009 and 2019, and the choice says something about the kind of evening this is intended to be: considered, celebratory, and a long way from a standard arena run. A 20th anniversary full-album performance in that room is a particular kind of occasion.
The announcement also lands at a strong moment for the band more broadly. Snow Patrol secured their second UK No. 1 album with The Forest is the Path in 2024, and recently headlined Crystal Palace Park, where they brought out Kylie Minogue for a surprise performance of the new collaborative single "These Alarms." A 36-track anniversary edition of Eyes Open follows this July — timed, it seems, with some precision.
KNEECAP
When: Wednesday 9th December 2026 (OVO Hydro, Glasgow)
Few acts have had a year quite like Kneecap. Court appearances, attempted festival bans, prime ministerial interventions and sustained global media attention: the Belfast-Derry trio have weathered one of the most turbulent periods any artist has faced in recent memory while simultaneously selling out two nights at Dublin's 3Arena, playing to more than 24,000 fans. Their response? A new album.
FENIAN, produced by Dan Carey (Fontaines D.C., Kae Tempest, Wet Leg), is Kneecap's most sonically ambitious record yet. Expanding far beyond the hip-hop foundations of their debut Fine Art (2024), it incorporates acid house, trip-hop and dubstep while keeping the Irish language at its core. It's a bold evolution, and one that makes an arena show feel like the natural next step for a band whose live performances have long outgrown the venues where they first made their name.
The OVO Hydro date forms part of the FENIAN Tour, following headline appearances at Glastonbury and Coachella, as well as their 30,000-capacity Crystal Palace Park show earlier this year. Whether you're coming for the music, the atmosphere, or to witness one of the most talked-about live acts in the world, there's nowhere quite like a Kneecap show right now.
BOY HARSHER
When: Sunday 29th November – Thursday 3rd December 2026 (multiple UK dates)
Since their earliest cassette releases, Boy Harsher have established themselves as one of darkwave's most captivating live acts, transforming their cold, enveloping electronics into something heavier, louder and far more visceral than the records alone suggest. Jae Matthews and Augustus Muller return to the UK this winter for The Heartbreak Tour, their first major headline run since 2022, joined by dream-pop favourites Choir Boy in support throughout.
The four-date run takes in London's Roundhouse, Manchester, Glasgow and Bristol. In the years since their last UK headline shows, Matthews and Muller have expanded their creative world into film scoring and directing, including a debut feature starring Chloë Sevigny and FKA twigs. But whether on screen or on stage, the duo continue to build worlds around their music — with their live shows remaining the definitive Boy Harsher experience.
ASH
When: Wednesday 25th & Thursday 26th November 2026 (Electric Ballroom, London & Electric Bristol)
When 1977 was released in May 1996, Ash were still teenagers. Thirty years on, their debut album, home to "Girl From Mars", "Goldfinger", "Kung Fu" and "Oh Yeah", stands as one of the defining records of the Britpop era: a No. 1 platinum seller that launched them from Northern Irish schoolkids to genuine Britpop-era icons. The 1977 30th Anniversary Tour brings the band back to the UK this winter to perform the album in full, with two newly added dates at London's Electric Ballroom and Electric Bristol joining an already extensive run.
The UK run spans Southampton, Norwich, Nottingham and a December headline at London's Roundhouse. Cardiff's TramShed date has already sold out. The tour follows dates in Australia, Asia and Europe, suggesting this is less a nostalgia exercise and more a full-scale reassessment of one of the 1990s' most underrated guitar albums.
