Gigantic are Looking for a polite and enthusiastic individual to join us on a Full Time basis as part of our customer services team.
Previous Experience is preferred but not necessary as full training will be given. The successful applicant will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work under pressure, be happy to work as part of a team. Outgoing and friendly with excellent people skills.
Duties will include answering customer queries by phone and email, dispatching ticket stock to customers for gigs and festivals.
