Award-winning festival Are You Listening? returns this year for its eighth instalment. Uniting the very best venues of Reading on Saturday 25th of April; you can look forward to a huge day of world class performers and local talent as carefully selected by promoters Heavy Pop and you can order a ticket with Gigantic right now!
Their huge headliners are political pianist rocker BC Camplight, electronica post punks Warmduscher, fiery riot grrl inspired trio Dream Wife and breakbeat legends Freestylers. Plus, other acts making an appearance include:

Are You Listening? has been bestowed a number of prestigious titles, including ‘Partnership In The Arts’ at the 2019 Reading Cultural Awards; ‘Festival of the Year’ at the 2018 Reading Cultural Awards; ‘Event of the Year’ at the inaugural Alt Reading Awards. Plus, it was named in Explore Reading’s ’25 Best Things to do in Reading’ and ranked highly at No. 10.
Keen to work closely with good causes, Are You Listening? raises money for local learning disability charity Reading Mencap and has so far raised nearly £70,000 – a remarkable amount which will no doubt improve the lives of a great number of people using their services. The festival is also partnered with Safe Gigs For Women, helping to spread word of the important initiative which combats harassment wherever live music is performed.
