As you all know, today is a very important day. Forget Valentines, this evening the NME Awards 2018 will be announced. Nicknamed ‘The Brats’, the winners will be decided by the votes from NME readers with the ceremony taking place at O2 Academy Brixton this evening.

So far, we only the Godlike Genius Award has been given to iconic Oasis singer Liam Gallagher who is currently riding high following the release of his debut album ‘As You Were’ and is due to give a live performance as part of the proceedings. Plus, grime collective Boy Better Know to win the Innovation Award with Garbage singer Shirley Manson assigned the illustrious Icon Award. But we are eagerly awaiting to hear the rest of the results.
