Hi Gigantic Gang,

Gigantic is committed to assisting the efforts to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We still will be working within usual office hours, continuing to provide an excellent service to all our customers and will continue to be passing out information and the latest live music news via our social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter.

Plus, you will still be able to access our website 24/7 enabling you to place your orders. All gigs, events and festivals will continue to happen as listed unless stated otherwise. Tickets for all orders currently placed will be dispatched in good time before the event in the manner pre-agreed as promised.

Should an event be postponed or cancelled, our dedicated Customer Services team will contact you the moment that we have been informed and it should be assumed that all events will go ahead as planned until you are informed otherwise. Please refer to your complete list of terms and conditions HERE.

In all cases when an event has been postponed and your tickets have already dispatched, it is important that you keep a safe hold of all of your tickets as they will remain valid for the newly announced dates which the organisers will be working around the clock to arrange for you.
