Frank Turner is a punk and folk singer-songwriter whose heartfelt songwriting and relentless touring have made him one of the UK’s most respected modern troubadours. Fronting his band The Sleeping Souls — Ben Lloyd (guitar, mandolin), Tarrant Anderson (bass), Matt Nasir (piano, mandolin) and Callum Green (drums) — Turner channels raw emotion, wit and political insight into music that bridges punk urgency with folk honesty.
Since his solo debut Sleep Is for the Week (2007), Turner has built an extraordinary discography that charts both personal and social evolution. Landmark albums such as Love Ire & Song (2008), England Keep My Bones (2011) and Be More Kind (2018) showcase his ability to balance vulnerability with defiance, while FTHC (2022) and Undefeated (2024) reaffirm his punk roots and enduring optimism. Whether performing solo or with The Sleeping Souls, Turner remains a tireless live performer whose music celebrates resilience, compassion and the human spirit.
