PLEASE NOTE - SSE Arena Wembley DO NOT accept letters of authorisation when collecting tickets.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and children under 16 cannot enter the standing area and may only enter the event with seated tickets.

The Wembley complex is located just off the A406 North Circular Road within easy reach of central London and the rest of the country, with major motorways connecting nearby.

Car parks:
Wembley’s three official on-site car parks offer the closest, most secure parking available on a pay on entry basis. You can pre-book parking for Wembley events on-line up to the last working day (Monday to Friday) prior to the event. Pre-booking will guarantee you a parking space on the Wembley Complex. Most of the time all cameras are NOT allowed into the auditorium at the request of the artist, when they are permitted only small cameras will be allowed into the Arena. Professional cameras and video/audio equipment are strictly prohibited AT ALL TIMES. Live video/audio recordings made without the permission of the artist/promoter are prohibited.
Tickets can be collected from the Arena Box Office on Arena Square.
Please note that Wembley Arena is a NO SMOKING venue Unfortunately there are no cloakroom facilities in the Arena.
Crowd surfing is not permitted. Crowd surfers will be removed from the standing area. Persistent offenders may be ejected from the venue.
ATM facilities are provided in the Arena.
