Brash indie outfit The Fratellis are back. Best known for the massive tunes Chelsea Dagger and Whistle For The Choir. The Glaswegian rock and roll trio are singer and guitarist Jon Fratelli / John Lawler, drummer Mince Fratelli / Gordon McRory who also sings and bassist Barry Fratelli / Barry Wallace who shouts.

The band immediately shot to prominence when they were played by the radio show Beatscene on Scotland’s Beat 106 which brought them to the attention of Fallout Records with whom they promptly signed. Taking their band name from the bad guys in cult movie The Goonies, their first release was The Fratellis EP which was shortly followed by the single Henrietta in 2006.

Their first LP was titled Costello Music. Released in 2006, the album was an instant smash hit charting at #2 in the UK Album Charts for two weeks and were rewarded by being voted as the Best British Breakthrough Act.

They went on to support Kasabian on a UK tour before playing a stunning set at Glastonbury Festival 2007.
The Fratellis’ second album, Here We Stand, was released in 2008. The album was self-produced by the band and was promoted by a television advert narrated by Karl Pilkington. The band continued to enjoy packed out tours and released their third album We Need Medicine in 2013.

Their new album Eyes Wide, Tongue Tied is out now! The fourth studio album for the band was written and recorded in Los Angeles, California and has driven the critics wild.

The Fratellis tickets are released at 10:00 on Friday 6th of October. Set a personal reminder right now.
