Playing Iconic Albums in Full in One-Off Live Shows in London
This summer, Gorillaz are heading to London for a once-in-a-lifetime run of shows – playing their first three albums in full across four special nights at the Copper Box Arena. Set against the backdrop of their immersive House of Kong Exhibition, the Damon Albarn-led band will be joined by the full Gorillaz live ensemble, with visuals created by longtime collaborator Jamie Hewlett, bringing each era to life.
Kicking things off on Thursday 29th August, they’ll perform their 2001 debut Gorillaz, recreating the band’s first-ever live gigs in London and Paris. Then it’s Demon Days on Friday 30th August, performed in full for the first time since 2005. On Tuesday 2nd September, they return to Plastic Beach, offering fans a rare chance to experience the 2010 cult classic live. Finally, on Wednesday, 3rd September, a Mystery Show awaits, with surprises in store and no hints dropped just yet…
