Small umbrellas permitted but please take care and be mindful of those around you when using it.
Small picnics are permitted at Audley End - no sharp knives. Single use plastics prohibited - empty refillable water containers can be brought in to use free water filling points.
Alcohol, and soft drinks must be purchased on site. Prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry. Small camp chairs allowed but these cannot be placed in the front half of the concert field.
VIP guest area tickets must be bought on top of concert ticket. The VIP guest area ticket entitles you to access to VIP Guest Area, with VIP Bar (card only), VIP toilets, some relaxed unreserved seating (first come first served) and Street Entertainment.

For discounted disabled tickets, please purchase your tickets via AXS.com. Tickets for our Access Viewing Platform and/or spaces in our disabled car park, can also be booked via axs.com/heritagelive and are sold on a first-come-first served basis.
