Indie punk songwriter JIM BOB rose to prominence as one half of grebo duo Carter the Unstoppable Sex Machine. Together with Fruitbat; the pair released gold-selling records 30 Something (1991) and 1992 – The Love Album (1992). Their greatest hits include "The Only Living Boy in New Cross" and "After the Watershed (Early Learning the Hard Way)".
JIM BOB has also worked prolifically as a solo artist, releasing latest title Thanks for Reaching Out in 2023.

Fantastic 2 sets from Jim Bob and the band. Loved it and came away with a big smile! The venue wasn’t so great, unsure Dreamland has gig quality vibes, although the sound and security was good and the toilets and bar were fine. The audience chatted far too much and it was distracting for others at the gig and the band themselves.
