The Waterfront is a live music venue and nightclub situated on King Street close to Norwich city centre. It has been run by the Union of UEA students since 1993. It is not however a student club and entrance is open to anyone. The Waterfront operates all year round, Fridays and Saturdays are regular club nights and live music takes place on a further two or three nights a week. The building comprises two floors. The ground floor contains a 700 capacity main room with bar, dressing rooms and toilet. The first floor has a 200 capacity room, a cafe bar and an open plan office.
The Waterfront is proud to offer full disabled access. There is a level entry, a lift between the two floors as well as disabled toilets on both floors. For live gigs we ask that wheelchair users contact us before attending so we can make arrangements for them to get a better view of the act if possible.
