The Brighton band formed in 2004 after meeting at drama school. Initially a joke after dressing up like rock stars for a school project, the band took on a life of its own after adopting the name of a David Bowie song and began to gig.
They were signed after only four months and released debut album Inside In/Inside Out at the start of 2006. The record would hit #2 in the charts and would be decaled 5x Platinum after selling more than 2,000,000 copies worldwide. Their follow up album Konk would rise all the way to #1 in the charts. Their success would continue with later records Junk Of The Heart and Listen.
