Luton-Irish collective mixing folk-rock heart, stories of diaspora and pub-night sing-along spirit into a vivid, dance-ready blend.
If you'd like to be the first to know when new events are announced, you can follow Missing The Ferry below.
Missing The Ferry are a band of five — three brothers and two childhood friends — whose second-generation Irish identity in England fuels their songwriting. Hailing from Luton, they draw on Irish heritage, working-class experience and London/Northamptonshire pub-culture memories to craft songs that resonate for anyone who’s ever felt in-between. Their influences range from The Pogues and Brendan Shine to The Stone Roses, all woven together in their take on “identity and belonging.”
With their 2024 EP Lonely Londoners they turned personal stories of displacement, pub culture and a shifting city into vibrant anthems rooted in reality yet primed for the floor. Their songs “Duty Free” and “The Dalston Railway Tavern” consider the lives and places left behind — pubs in Hackney, longing for Ireland, the last train home — with a mix of humour, boldness and unmistakable heart.
Ticket prices may vary depending on venue and location. Full pricing details are available on each individual event page.
