### **About the MAMMA MIA! musical**

The bright and loving Sophie lives with her mother Donna Sheridan on the idyllic islands of Greece, and she has a dream - to have her father walk her down the aisle. Only…Sophie doesn’t know who her father is. One fateful day when she stumbles upon her mother’s old diaries, she finds three men's names scribbled amongst hearts - Harry, Bill and Sam. 

Sophie decides that it’s time to take matters into her own hands.

From West End production to global phenomenon, MAMMA MIA! is **Judy Craymer**’s ingenious vision of turning ABBA’s timeless songs into story-telling magic. To date, the production has been seen by over 70 million people in 16 different languages across 50 productions. In 2011, it became the first Western musical ever to be staged in Mandarin in the People’s Republic of China.
