Additional information

Live At Chelsea will return in 2026 for the first time in four years, bringing live music back to the magnificent surroundings of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Kicking off the long-awaited series will be The Proclaimers, the first act announced for the 2026 line-up. The beloved Scottish duo will headline on Saturday 13 June 2026, marking the beginning of a new chapter for one of London’s most distinctive open-air concert events.

Strikingly individual, twin brothers Craig and Charlie Reid emerged 38 years ago with their debut album This Is The Story and Top 3 single ‘Letter from America’. Since then their enduring appeal across generations has have over the years seen them enjoy huge success across the globe.

The Proclaimers songs are timeless, capturing a gamut of human emotions, written with poignancy, emotional honesty, political fire and wit. Their hit songs, such as "Sunshine on Leith", "I’m On My Way", and "Let’s Get Married" feature at weddings, funerals and everything in-between. There is of course one song – "(I'm Gonna Be) 500 Miles" - an early celebration of falling head over heels in love that is known the world over and has become a staggering global anthem.

The Proclaimers have carved out a niche for themselves in the netherworld where pop, folk, new wave and punk collide. In the process, they have enjoyed Gold and Platinum singles and albums in UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Set within the 17th-century grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea - designed by Sir Christopher Wren and home to the world-famous Chelsea Pensioners - Live At Chelsea transforms one of London’s most historic and beautiful landmarks into a world-class outdoor stage. Situated beside the River Thames and moments from Sloane Square, the venue combines breathtaking grandeur with accessibility, offering audiences a truly unique live experience in the heart of Central London.

Known for its intimate atmosphere and extraordinary setting, Live At Chelsea unites heritage and music under the summer sky. Previous performers include Max Richter, Paul Weller, Tom Jones, Simply Red, Toto, Gipsy Kings, Ludovico Einaudi, Jeff Beck, Kaiser Chiefs, and James Blunt, cementing the series as a highlight of London’s summer music calendar.
