London singer-songwriter crafting poetic, heartfelt folk shaped by the everyday and the extraordinary.
Lily Lyons makes music that finds strength in softness. Raised between London and Somerset, the singer-songwriter grew up on Simon & Garfunkel, Nick Drake and Joni Mitchell, and that tenderness runs right through her own work — warm, intimate folk songs that hold joy and heartbreak in the same breath. After honing her craft studying music in Falmouth, she signed to Fiction Records, home to artists including Self Esteem and Billie Marten, and released her debut EP Fabric (2024) to critical acclaim.
Her debut album Re-Open The World (2025) followed, produced with Joel Pott, known for his work with George Ezra and London Grammar. Largely recorded live, its ten songs — from the bright finger-picking of "Can't Be The One" to the achingly vulnerable "Only Lonely Person" — feel honest, human and deeply felt. Having played Glastonbury and supported The Staves, Lyons brings that same quiet intensity to the stage, where her up-close, otherworldly voice truly shines.
