Kelsy Karter & The Heroines are a boundary-pushing Aussie-British rock and roll band making global waves. Fronted by the fearless and charismatic Kelsy Karter, their debut album Missing Person (2020) earned critical acclaim, with Rolling Stone hailing it as a must-hear record and highlighting the standout track “God Knows I’ve Tried.” The Foo Fighters even cited the song as an inspiration for their album Medicine At Midnight (2021). Known for their electric live performances, the band has shared stages with legends like Billy Idol, The Struts, and Palaye Royale, as well as lighting up festivals like Download, Rock Werchter, and Rock For People.
Blending glam rock and 80s punk, Kelsy Karter & The Heroines are celebrated for their rebellious energy, unique songwriting, and theatrical flair. With a massive online following, the band’s content spans live performances, comedic skits, and bold self-expression. In 2024, Kelsy was recognised with the Spirit Award at the She Rocks Awards for her influence in rock music.
