Massachusetts metalcore band ICE NINE KILLS are about to hit the UK. The band had started with a pop punk sound but have undergone many developments that changed their direction. ICE NINE KILLS currently includes drummer Conor Sullivan, vocals, lead guitar and keys by Spender Charnas, lead guitar also by Justin DeBlieck with Justin Morrow alternating from rhythm guitar and bass.

The band formed late in 2006 and almost immediately record and released their first album; Last Chance To Make Amends and brought out their debut EP The Burning through Red Blue Records the following year. They set about touring heavily in promoting the EP and by the end of 2008 had played support for such notable groups as Paramore, Thursday and A Day To Remember.

The constant touring was gruelling and aw a change in line-up which resulted in a new direction for the sound which became more experimentally metalcore. Their second album Safe Is Just A Shadow was released in 2010 and received high praise from the music press, most notably from Revolver Magazine who invited the band to attend their Golden Gods awards ceremony. This saw an explosion of new opportunities for the band.

The bands meteoric rise continued in 2014 with the release of third studio album The Predator Becomes The Prey. It saw a notable rise in their commercial success hitting #3 on the Heatseekers Chart. Their latest release came in 2015 and is entitled Every Trick In The Book and became the bands highest charting album.
