About Heavy Pettin

Glaswegian band Heavy Pettin' are the first choice for classic heavy metal fans.


Formed in 1981, the classic lineup included Gordon Bonnar (guitar), Brian Waugh (bass), Gary Moat (drums), Steve Hayman a.k.a. "Hamie" (vocals) and Punky Mendoza (lead guitar).


Their back catalogue includes the studio albums Rock Ain't Dead (1985), Big Bang (1989), plus the compilation Best of Heavy Pettin which was released in 2020.
