Fearne Cotton to celebrate the release of her new book, Little Things.
For this very special one-off event, Fearne will be live on stage at Union Chapel sharing her everyday mental health toolkit to help you counteract stress by making small, positive changes.
Come and learn about simple habits and useful tools you can implement, and get the very best advice from mindfulness experts.
Fearne will be joined by a host of special guests who will lead interactive stress-busting activities, including a group meditation and an invigorating sound bath, to promote serenity and reduce fatigue.
As Fearne says, “Little Things focuses on the small things we can do for ourselves to help us get curious about the causes of our stress, learn more about our own reactions to it and how better we can cope with it.”

The Venue is beautiful, it has incredible charm & character. All of the staff went above and beyond. The food in the Pre booked section was delicious. Thank you. Fearne and the other hosts were outstanding. A much needed night of reset & rewind. Everything was perfect. I can not fault a thing. I would love to see Fearne and friends host again. A very nourishing and inspiring experience. The acoustics in the church was really special. From an access perspective it was well managed and maintained. Thank you. I am on a high today.
