Death Valley Girls, the electrifying rock band hailing from Los Angeles, defines a sonic rebellion with their raw, gritty sound. Formed in 2013, the quartet comprises Bonnie Bloomgarden (vocals/guitar), Larry Schemel (guitar), Nicole Smith (bass), and Rikki Styxx (drums).
Fusing elements of garage rock, punk, and psychedelia, their music is a sonic journey that challenges conventional boundaries. Known for their high-energy performances, Death Valley Girls convey a message of empowerment and liberation. With albums like Glow in the Dark and Under the Spell of Joy, they've carved a niche, creating an anthemic and rebellious soundtrack that resonates with fans seeking an unapologetic musical experience.

Death Valley Girls were fantastic, they lost their bass player for personal reasons part way through the tour, but like the troopers they are, they carried on. They have the best drummer I have seen live since Clem Burke of Blondie. They're a friendly bunch too, happy to come out and talk to the fans and sign stuff afterwards. I loved them.
