Ailbhe Reddy is a Dublin-born indie-folk singer-songwriter whose emotionally candid songs have quietly become anthems for healing and reflection. Initially too shy to perform live, she released her debut EP Hollowed Out Sea in 2016 and quickly gained attention through heartfelt tracks like “Distrust” and “Relent.” Her debut album Personal History (2020) earned a nomination for the RTÉ Choice Music Prize and built her reputation as a songwriter of rare emotional clarity.
She followed up with Endless Affair in 2023, an album that blends rambunctious indie-pop with tender, introspective compositions exploring youth, loss and resilience. Songs such as “Shitshow,” “Last to Leave,” “Pray for Me” and “Motherhood” highlight her knack for turning deeply personal moments into universal emotional truths. Ailbhe has performed at major festivals like Glastonbury, The Great Escape, Latitude and SXSW, and her music has resonated on both sides of the Irish Sea and beyond.
