The untameable Adam Ant is once again about to explode onto the wild frontier of the stage. Extravagant, enigmatic and enrapturing, the extrovert new wave legend with erupting charisma is never found without his signature flair for dramatic costume and certainly lives by his own motto: “Ridicule is nothing to be scared of”.

The irrepressible pop prince stole the hearts of legions of ant army fans throughout the eighties with ten Top 10 singles, three of which rose to #1, and through his continuing work as an actor on film and television.

Before becoming one of the most easily recognised pop icons of all time, Stuart Godard embarked on his musical career with the pub rock band Bazooka Joe. As pub rock became eclipsed by the rise of the punk movement in the late seventies, he adopted his now familiar stage name and started the band Adam And The Ants.

But his vision went far beyond the dead-end nihilism of punk and predicted the oncoming decadence and imagination that would characterise the eighties. The records Kings Of The Wild Frontier (1980) and Prince Charming (1981) would exhibit a flamboyance that went far beyond all that had preceded it, and with songs that actively recruited fans to join what would become the New Romantic movement Adam And The Ants would become a definitive part of pop history.

Adam Ant tickets can be yours from 09:00 on Friday 15th of July. You can set your very own personal reminder through Gigantic.com making you ready for their upcoming release.

After playing a massively successful 14 date sold out tour performing his hit record Kings Of The Wild Frontier earlier in the year, Adam is back by popular demand to play the album in full for one more night in his hometown of London.

Not only will you hear such amazing songs as Antmusic, Dog Eat Dog, Feed Me To The Lions and the eponymously titled single Kings Of The Wild Frontier, you will also be treated to a wider plethora from his back catalogue including other smash hit singles, B-sides and his very own personal favourites.

The platinum selling album was originally released in 1980 and quickly became a worldwide pop phenomenon dominating the charts across the world and pushing him towards international iconic recognition. Now the seminal record is re-released having been remastered by Prince Charming himself. The Super Deluxe boxset includes gold vinyl which shot to #2 in the UK charts upon its re-release.

So be ready to unplug the jukebox one more time when Adam Ant hits the Roundhouse in London on Sunday 18th of December.

Newly announced, Prince Charming will return in May of 2017 for his sixteen date ANTHEMS single tour. Expect to hear all of the biggest Ant Music hits from the entire back catalogue. The venues include; Newcastle Metro Arena / Edinburgh Playhouse / Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow / The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester / Symphony Hall, Birmingham / Bristol Hippodrome / Plymouth Pavilions / Royal Albert Hall, London / Brighton Centre / Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) / De Montford Hall, Leicester / Regent Theatre, Ipswich / Watford, Colosseum / Cliffs Pavilion, Southend On Sea / First Direct Arena, Leeds / Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham.
