ATP are extremely excited to announce our annual December festival, this year the three day event at Butlins, Minehead will be curated & headlined by Cincinnati, Ohio's THE NATIONAL - performing their only UK show of 2012.

Family Tickets:
A limited amount of tickets are now available in 4 Berth Self Catered apartments which allow families to attend together, with tickets for children between ages 5-12 costing £50. Compared to the usual face value cost of this apartment at £720, the family ticket allows two adults & two children to attend for £460 (subject to booking fee). ID must be provided on entry to prove the age of any children attending.
If your family is of a different size (2 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and 2 or 3 children, etc) contact us directly at feedback@atpfestival.comwith FAMILY in the subject line and we will arrange for a suitable chalet at the reduced child price. If you would like to attend with a babysitter (who would pay a lower amount for a more limited weekend pass) - please get in touch to arrange it.
Under 5s still attend ATP free. If children are in cots (and under the age of 5) they will not need a ticket. Cots can be hired from Butlins.
13-17 year olds are able to attend on a regular ticket accompanied by an over 18. Children under 13 will be allowed into the main Pavilion venue (if it being used for the event) until 10pm, and the other venues until 8pm. AGE RESTRICTIONS:
There are facilities for families at Butlins and you are welcome to bring children. Under 13's are not allowed in venues after 8pm, 13 – 18's will only be allowed in venues after 8pm if accompanied by an (over 18) adult.
If under 18's/children require beds they will need to purchase a ticket, however if they are in cots (and under the age of 5) they will not need a ticket. Cots can be hired from Butlins.
Directions:
By Road:
Heading north the simplest route is to take the M5 to Taunton (Junction 25), then take the A358 and A39 to Minehead. Heading south on the M5, you can follow the signposts for the A39 from junction 24. Butlins Minehead Holiday Camp is just half a mile along the seafront road from Minehead town centre. Butlins is signposted from the M5 and from Bridgwater and Taunton.
By Train or Rail:
If you are travelling by train, the nearest main line station to Minehead is Taunton. A bus transfer service is operated by Southern National between Taunton Station and Minehead. This service is available at an additional cost. On Mondays to Saturdays, there's approximately an hourly service, with the last bus leaving Taunton Railway Station at 10:15 pm. On Sundays and Bank Holidays services run every 2 hours from 9:35 am - 9:35 pm. For general information call Southern National on 01823 272033. Please note that National Express coaches stop inside the main entrance.

Other info:
There are 3 cash machines on resort and most of the venues and shops do cash back from Debit Cards.
The reception area will open from 12pm on Friday morning for check-in, however the venues will not be open until later in the day, please check the website nearer the time of the event for full details of venue opening times.
You will be provided with 2 key cards per accommodation if you encounter any problems using them please go back to the reception area where they will reprogramme the card.
Checkout is by 10am Monday morning please take, both keycards back to the main reception. If you want to checkout during the night please speak to a member of security to find out where to hand them in.
Butlins Resort facilities are fully accessible – specific information on each venue/bar/restaurant is detailed below:
- Centre Stage has a lift for those with mobility issues. Please observe the weight limits as some of the big mobility scooters may be too heavy, if this is the case Butlins can provide alternative scooters for guests. There are Disabled Toilets inside.
- Reds has ramp access and disabled toilets.
- Crazy horse is single level access and has a disabled toilet.
- Jaks has ramp access and a disabled toilet.
- Irish Bar has a single level access but no disabled toilet.
- Sun& Moon has single level access and a disabled toilet.
- The whole of Skyline is totally accessible on same level and with ramps to Skyline Cafe. There are disabled toilets in Skyline.
- All the guest restaurants have disabled access, same level and either toilet facilities in them, or near by.
