The general ruling for the Civic Hall is that anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (over 21) with no more than 3 minors per adult.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Disabled customers are advised to contact the venue before booking tickets on 01902 552122.
There is ramped access to the left of the main doors of the Civic Hall, once inside, there is a customer lift to the right, which gives access to all balcony areas. The ground floor of the Civic Hall is all on one level.
