Is The Bunkhouse accessible?
The Sugarmill welcomes Deaf and disabled customers. There is one step at the main entrance; however, a temporary ramp is available on request. An alternative entrance provides wheelchair access to the dedicated viewing area located to the right of the stage .The venue is predominantly standing. A limited number of seats, including some with armrests and lower backs, can be reserved depending on individual access requirements. Stools are also available upon request.

The Sugarmill does not have its own car park. There are several public car parks nearby around Hanley city centre — it’s best to arrive early on busy event nights.
Follow the signs for Hanley city centre. The venue is on Brunswick Street, with evening parking available in nearby public car parks.
Hanley Bus Station is a short walk away and is served by frequent local routes from across Stoke-on-Trent and nearby towns.
Stoke-on-Trent Station is around a 5–10 minute taxi ride from the venue, with regular services from Manchester, Birmingham and London.
