Metronome is a leading live music venue in Nottingham, hosting gigs, comedy and live events throughout the year. Opening in October 2018 as a purpose-built live music and events space in Nottingham’s Creative Quarter. From intimate seated performances to high-energy sold-out gigs, it has quickly become a cornerstone of local live entertainment.

Home to BBC Introducing in the East Midlands and Just the Tonic Comedy Club, Metronome has welcomed artists including Self Esteem, Sigrid, Elvis Costello and Frank Turner. Alongside major comedy nights and events such as the British Esports Finals and Nottingham Poetry Festival, it continues to champion diverse talent across music, comedy and the arts.

Getting to Metronome

By tram

There is a Shell garage 115ft from the venue, which provides safe, lit-up cover for dropping off by taxi or waiting to be picked up. There is also only one road to cross from here to the venue, which uses a pelican crossing.
