Underworld are a Cardiff based techno band including members Karl Hyde and Rick Smith.
Best known for their banging anthem "Born Slippy .NUXX" – as featured on the soundtrack of cult film Trainspotting. Other hit singles include "Dark & Long (Dark Train)", "Push Upstairs" and "King of Snake".
They rose to prominence in the 90s with the release of albums Dubnobasswithmyheadman (1994), Second Toughest in the Infants (1996) and Beaucoup Fish (1999). Their latest record Drift Series 1 dropped in 2019.
