Me and my friends really enjoyed it and would definitely book through Gigantic again. I was slightly disappointed with the schedule change as we were expecting ABC but these things happen and there were still loads of great performers. The wait inbetween performances were quite long and started to get a little boring but the overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

The show itself was brilliant - no complaints whatsoever about that BUT - we ordered VIP Tickets which arrived in good time. VIP Tickets included - Fast entry into the venue - perfect. Seating area - no way near enough seats/tables for the amount of people in the VIP area. Luxury Toilets - really! Only two Ladies toilets for all of the ladies there - we had to queue for ages to use them. Some of the women even asked the men if they could use theirs it was that bad. Even the men were complaining as at times they had to queue to use theirs. Many of us thought that we'd have a good view of the stage - well we did - the side of it at least and not the stage. The VIP area was quite a way from the stage itself placed at the edge of the field. We didn't expect to be that near to the stage but for goodness sake. Whilst the drinks I think were pretty much the same price in or out of the VIP area, some ladies were complaining that they had bought a bottle of wine costing £22 whereas out of the VIP area it was £14 and when they asked for ice with their drinks they were told that they had to go to the other bars out of the VIP area to get some which they did. Only later after complaints did someone bring ice to the bar. Then I'll get to the show itself! I've liked UB40 for years so when they were due to come on stage we made our way there - brilliant or so I thought. Totally ruined by a group of drunken people (about 6 of them) who were insisting on pushing to the front to get to their 'mates' even though there was no room. One of them turned to me and said she was going to 'smack me in the face' if I didn't move. Must admit it was frightening to say the least. The one that 'threatened' me did get in front of me and when the music started turned to face me for at least the length of four songs and did nothing but mock me - Ooh! Look at this old biddy trying to dance and 'It wouldn't look good if I smacked an old biddy would it?' I just totally ignored her - at that, she just stamped on my foot, pushed past me and went! I may be in my 60's but I feel it was totally wrong. Now, this is no fault whatsoever of Gigantic but I and many more had what should have been a fantastic evening spoiled by very drunken people. I like a drink myself but that was beyond a joke. Because of that, we left the venue just after 10 pm an hour earlier than the show finished. So Gigantic! The VIP area definitely needs sorting and if possible at all - more security/stewards mingling in the crowds to stop anyone going through what I and others went through. Sorry if I sound negative but I feel gutted about the whole scenario.
