THECITYISOURS (stylised as one word) are a London-based melodic metalcore quartet formed in 2015, renowned for their electrifying live shows and earnest songwriting. Their journey began with the raw energy of the Wildfire EP (2016) and followed by Hollow Hope (2017), building momentum through gritty riffs and soaring melodies. Their debut album, Low (2019), smashed into the Top 5 of the iTunes Metal charts, helped by singles like “Bare Bones” and “Don’t Wait for Me” and support slots touring the UK and Europe.
The arrival of Coma (2021) marked a reinvention—new vocalist Oli Duncanson joined, and the band signed to Arising Empire, delivering emotionally complex tracks such as “Death of Me” and “Dangerous”. In a bold new chapter, they released Will You Still Love Me? (2025), a powerful album blending raw introspection and anthem-ready hooks, headlined by singles like “Shame,” “In the Dark,” and “Psycho”. THECITYISOURS remain one of the most emotionally charged and compelling forces in modern metalcore.
