Nashville’s "King of the Blues" comes to Faversham for a rare, intimate, and fully seated showcase.

Rockin' Roots Events is proud to present a trans-Atlantic blues spectacular featuring the legendary Stacy Mitchhart(Nashville, TN) and the UK’s own triple-award-winning soul-blues sensation, Oli "Mississippi" MacDonald. This is a "plugged-in acoustic" show—stripped back but full of fire, set in a comfortable, fully seated environment.

Stacy Mitchhart Known as the "King of the Blues" in Nashville, Stacy Mitchhart is the long-standing house act at the famed Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie Bar in Printers Alley. A showman in every sense, Stacy holds 13 major endorsements and has been crowned "Blues Entertainer of the Year" and "Acoustic Blues Act of the Year" by the Music City Blues Society.

While he has played to crowds of 50,000 and shared stages with legends like B.B. King and James Brown, this show offers a rare chance to see him up close. He brings his mastery of the Cigar Box Guitar and his "drum-like" percussive playing style to the stage, delivering a high-energy performance that is as humorous as it is gritty.

"I haven't heard anyone that has that fire in a long time."Junior Wells "Watch out! This is one bad, young man."Bobby "Blue" Bland

Oli "Mississippi" MacDonald Joining Stacy on stage as special guest is London’s own soul-blues powerhouse, Oli "Mississippi" MacDonald. A 3x UK Blues Award Winner—including 2024 Acoustic Blues Act of the Year—Oli’s sound is steeped in the red clay of Memphis. Having recorded at the legendary Royal Studios with the Hi Rhythm Section (Al Green’s backing band), he has been hailed by Blues In Britain as "one of the finest modern bluesmen in the UK." He will be performing tracks from his critically acclaimed acoustic album, Slim Pickin'.

The Venue & Seating: Set in the historic Old Brewery Store in Faversham, this event is fully seated to ensure a comfortable and immersive listening experience.

  • Seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Capacity is strictly limited to maintain an intimate atmosphere.
