Sleep Outside are a Cardiff-based three-piece known for their distinctive blend of 00s emo, alternative pop, and math-rock. Forming in 2020/21, the band initially took shape around the melancholic open-tunings of vocalist and guitarist Adam Holborn’s solo project, Solstice. With the addition of bassist Olly Taki and drummer Matt E Williams, the trio began crafting their unique sound, drawing on a mix of introspective lyrics and intricate musical arrangements. Their debut album, This Won’t Ever Last, was released on 13th October 2023, showcasing their ability to merge emotive storytelling with complex, dynamic compositions.
Since their formation, Sleep Outside have quickly gained attention for their captivating live performances.
