Scarlet Rebels are a melodic rock band from Llanelli in South Wales, fronted by Wayne Doyle. Emerging as part of the New Wave of Classic Rock, they've built a devoted following with a sound that pairs the swagger of classic hard rock with a modern, anthemic edge — think huge singalong choruses, heartfelt lyrics and a proud Welsh spirit. Their live shows are known for real passion and energy, whether they're headlining their own tours or opening for bigger names such as The Dead Daisies.
The band broke through with their debut album Show Your Colours (2019), before See Through Blue (2022) reached number seven in the UK, making them the first band from Llanelli to land a UK Top 40 album. They followed it with Where The Colours Meet (2024), which hit number 15 in the Official Album Chart and topped the Official Rock Chart, featuring guest turns from Elles Bailey on "Out of Time" and Ricky Warwick on "My House My Rules". They've also become festival favourites, with memorable sets at Steelhouse Festival.
