Niall McCabe is a contem­por­ary folk-soul singer-songwriter hailing from Clare Island off Ireland’s rugged west coast. Raised amid the musical warmth of his family-run pub, he developed a sound shaped by traditional Irish roots, rock, folk, and soul. His debut album, Rituals (February 2023), introduced his richly textured songwriting—earning RTE Album of the Week honours and staying at the top of the RTE airplay charts for five weeks with its title track. McCabe’s music feels timeless yet deeply personal, carrying the weight of memory on windswept strings and soulful vocals.

Rituals laid the foundation, and now Stranger (May 2025) officially opens the next chapter — a deeply personal journey into themes of belonging, memory, and quiet revelation. The album’s release was celebrated with a Dublin launch show and arrived just as McCabe made his Grand Ole Opry debut and joined the Transatlantic Sessions tour, bringing his Clare Island-rooted folk to new global audiences.
