How do customers purchase
Add a link from your website to your ticket page and the customers select the date and time slot they want to attend, complete all the info and checkout. Customers are sent an e-ticket to sit on their phone that be scanned at distance.
Customers will be required to read all of the info relating to the health and safety around the event during the purchase
If you are offering food and drink credit as part of your ticket price this will be selected by the customer during checkout
What do you do on the day
Each morning you are sent all the info you require to get the customers in, and using our app you scan them on entrance (from a safe distance). Customers can also be emailed with information about arrivals and policies in place
If you are offering bar credit you can apply this to the POS app you choose to use to process table service. The tickets issued out will contain all the necessary information around dates and time slots. These can be customised to your requriements.
Gigantic are committeed to providing a platform to safely allow venues to gradually reopening while adhering to all regulations in place.
Gigantic ticketing has no contract terms or obligations so you can pick it up and use as and when required and there are no setup fees to worry about
