The Invisible Orchestra is an incredible collection of twenty-four incredibly talented musicians playing original material that covers a huge array of genres ranging from dirty funk, soul, Afrobeat and jazz.

Led by James Waring, the fantastic band was united in 2012 and gathers together the very best performers from his hometown of Nottingham and further afield. The troupe includes an eleven-piece brass section, piano, drums, guitar and a string quartet combined with a Grammy Award winning Hammond organist.

Band members have worked as touring musicians for such massive names as The Beat, Bad Manners, Laurel Aitkin, The Specials and The Lee Scratch Perry Band.

Also joining Waring’s gang will be the vocal talents of Hannah Heartshape, Percydread (The Natural-ites) and Ed Bannard (Hhymm). They also feature the countries best rappers in the form of Scorzayzee and MC Spyda, best known for his work with Pendulem.

On Saturday 4th of June the Orchestra will celebrate the launch of their brand new album Champagne Taste Lemonade Money with a highly anticipated concert taking place at the Masonic Hall in Nottingham.

Their previous gigs have seen audiences dancing wildly in the aisles late into the night. Given the special nature of the event The Invisible Orchestra will be sure to enrapture all who attend. Be there!
