REFUSED
A Hardcore Legacy That Will Echo Forever
Swedish hardcore punk legends Refused have announced their final UK and European farewell tour (Refused are Fu**cking Dead), marking the end of a revolutionary chapter that has defined and defied genre boundaries for over three decades. From their formation in 1991 to their initial disbandment in 1998, Refused redefined the limits of heavy music, blending hardcore, punk, and experimental sounds with a fearless political message that inspired generations.
This last run of headlining shows will see Refused deliver their signature intensity across Europe and the UK, including stops in London, Manchester and Glasgow. It’s a rare chance to experience the ferocious live energy that made the band a defining force in the hardcore scene and beyond.
Last year, Refused honoured the 25th anniversary of their landmark album The Shape of Punk to Come with a special collector’s edition, celebrating the record’s legacy with unreleased demos, alternate versions, and a tribute album featuring the likes of Quicksand, IDLES, and Touché Amoré. This farewell tour promises to be a fitting send-off—an explosive celebration of a band whose music and message will continue to resonate long after their final note fades.
