International Customer Support Day recognises the hard work and efforts of all those unsung heroes that make life that little bit easier.
Gigantic is lucky to have such an excellent Customer Services team, dedicated to answering your every query and always happy to help. We want to give them a big shout-out to thank them for tirelessly replying to thousands of emails and always going the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience at every gig, show and festival!

Best Ever Gig: Got to be between White Denim at Shepherd’s Bush Empire or Whitney at Green Man festival, though I did cry through the entirety of Macca’s set at Glasto, all great gigs

Top 3 Favourite Bands/Artists: Real Lies, Turnstile, Alex G.
Best Ever Gig: I’m going to use this to shout out Liam Fox and The Flex. He used to bring over American hardcore/punk bands and have them play in a tiny practice room on an industrial estate just outside of Leeds City Centre. Those gigs made a huge impression of me and showed me that if you want a music scene you’ve got to build it.
