Likewise, some authors saw Covid 19 as a unique opportunity to document a once-in-a-lifetime event, others felt it was a period best forgotten. Local authors Anne Goodwin and Clare Stevens explore some of the universal themes, positive and negative, of fiction set in or inspired by the Covid-19 pandemic, drawing on work by a range of international authors and their own novels ‘Heartsound’ and ‘Lyrics for the Loved Ones’.
