Born in Nigeria and raised in the UK, Olusoga has become one of the leading voices in bringing forgotten histories to light, particularly regarding Black British history and the legacies of colonialism.
He is best known for his award-winning books, including Black and British: A Forgotten History (2016) and The World’s War: Forgotten Soldiers of Empire (2014), as well as his critically acclaimed television series, such as A House Through Time, Britain's Forgotten Slave Owners, and Black and British: A Forgotten History.
