Nottingham’s atmospheric indie-rock quintet, celebrated for emotive synth-laced riffs, evocative storytelling and thrilling live shows.
If you'd like to be the first to know when new events are announced, you can follow COMMONS below.
Commons are a five-piece alt-indie-rock band hailing from Nottingham, blending gritty guitar riffs with cinematic synth textures and nods to Foals, Kasabian and Bloc Party, yet forging a sound entirely their own. Their debut single, "Queen of Hearts", released in May 2024, introduced listeners to their lo-fi aesthetic, emotive vocals and pulsating rhythms. They continued this with an atmospheric yet energised tone of their follow-up EP Clean Living (2024).
Commons' live performances have already become a talking point. They delivered electrifying sets at Beat The Streets Festival, supported The Family Rain at The Bodega and celebrated their first EP release with a sold-out headline show at Rough Trade Nottingham. Their ability to bridge dreamy soundscapes with driving indie rock energy marks them as a compelling band to watch.
Ticket prices may vary depending on venue and location. Full pricing details are available on each individual event page.
