🌟 Join Us for a Restorative Breathwork & Sound Bath Experience 🌟
Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and step into a space of deep relaxation, self-acceptance, and mindful presence. 🌈✨
We’ll begin the evening with a gentle guided breathwork practice, allowing you to slow down, settle into your body, and release the stresses of the day. Through conscious breathing, you’ll create a sense of calm and openness, preparing your mind and body to fully receive the healing benefits of the sound bath.
From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. As the sounds wash over you, you’ll be invited into a deeply restorative state where the mind can quiet, the body can relax, and the heart can soften.
This special session is centred around self-acceptance and finding beauty in life’s simple moments. In a world that often encourages us to do more and be more, this is an opportunity to simply be. Through breath, sound, and stillness, we’ll create space to embrace ourselves exactly as we are, cultivate gratitude, and reconnect with the present moment.

🌿 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and water bottle to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the session. We have limited available if you need to borrow them please let us know

Sound baths and breathwork are generally safe for most people; however, please consult your healthcare professional before attending if you:
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Have a serious heart condition or uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Experience severe anxiety, panic disorders, or certain mental health conditions that may be affected by breathwork
• Have a sound sensitivity condition that may make prolonged exposure to sound uncomfortable
