Performance by all 3 bands were exceptional
The only flaws we by the mixing board and not the band,
Alissas voice was mixed a bit too quiet but other than that they absolutely dominated the stage

Arch Enemy are purveyors of the finest Swedish death metal. Combing technical expertise, amazing face melting riffs, sludging bass and growling vocals.

The band is comprised of guitarist Michael Amott, Jeff Loomis also on guitar, drummer Daniel Erlandsson and Sharlee D'Angelo on Bass. The band is now fronted by the remarkably talented Alissa White-Gluz whose death screams suits the band perfectly.

The band was started in 1995 by Michael Amott with the intention of starting the heaviest yet melodic band there ever could be. He set about creating a supergroup of the very best musicians that included members from such great bands as Eucharist, Armageddon and Carcass.
The band has spawned an impressive nine studio albums including their latest; War Eternal, released in 2014.The album saw superbly talented Canadian singer Alissa White-Gluz join the band. The band threw there all into the writing and production of the album choosing to record at the Fascination Street Studio. Enlisting production ace Jens Bogren who had previously worked with the likes of Opeth and Paradise Lost, to ensure the sound was both unrelentingly brutal whilst also capturing the delicate harmonies which set the band apart from others.

An absolute triumph, the album was initially released on YouTube and received 1.5 million views in the first ten days. Loved by their fans and applauded by the critics, the record was heralded by the press and was declared “Album Of The Month” in Terrorizer, Powerplay, Metal Hammer (Germany), Rock Hard (France), Metallian (France), Scream (Norway), Sweden Rock (Sweden).

See them play when they tour the UK. The death metal demolishers will perform at iconic Nottingham venue Rock City on Saturday 10th of February in 2018.

Concert tickets are available online but book early to avoid disappointment.
