Four Year Strong are a pop-punk four-piece group from Worcester, Massachusetts. Formed in 2001, the quartet consists of Alan Day (lead vocals, guitars, keys), Dan O'Connor (lead vocals, guitars, keys), Jake Massucco (drums, percussion) and Joe Weiss (bass, backing vocals). Their album releases include It's Our Time (2005), Rise or Die Trying (2007), Explains It All (2009), Enemy of the World (2010), In Some Way, Shape, or Form (2011), Four Year Strong (2015) and Brain Pain (2020).
