O2 Academy Glasgow opened in March 2003 with a one off performance by Deacon Blue. A multi million pound refurbishment restored the venues original art deco features and beautiful building. Well received by both the industry and the public alike, O2 Academy Glasgow was hailed as a welcome addition, with a vibrant diary of rock, pop, dance and seated comedy shows, as well as credible club nights thanks to quality front of house and backstage facilities.
Age restrictions
standing 14s and over, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult

In light of recent forgeries, please note the venue will only accept photographic Driving Licenses (full and provisional) and passports as proof of age.
