Yuksek is a French electronic music producer, DJ, and composer, known for his infectious blend of electro, disco, and house music. Born Pierre-Alexandre Busson, Yuksek emerged from the French touch scene in the mid-2000s, alongside artists like Justice, Breakbot, and SebastiAn, crafting high-energy, groove-laden tracks that fuse retro funk influences with modern electronic beats.
His debut album, Away From the Sea (2009), featured standout tracks like "Tonight" and "Extraball", establishing his reputation for crafting dancefloor-ready anthems. Follow-up albums like Living on the Edge of Time (2011) and Nosso Ritmo (2020) further showcased his ability to merge disco, house, and indie influences with a signature French electronic style. In addition to his solo work, Yuksek has collaborated with artists like Breakbot, The Magician, and Polo & Pan, while also composing music for film and television. A staple of the international club and festival scene, Yuksek continues to push boundaries with his energetic productions and forward-thinking approach to electronic music.
