The Sugarmill welcomes Deaf and disabled customers. There is one step at the main entrance; however, a temporary ramp is available on request. An alternative entrance provides wheelchair access to the dedicated viewing area located to the right of the stage .The venue is predominantly standing. A limited number of seats, including some with armrests and lower backs, can be reserved depending on individual access requirements. Stools are also available upon request.
