Think Floyd have been bringing the music of Pink Floyd to life on stage since the mid-1990s, with dazzling lasers, faithful musicianship and a thumbs-up from Nick Mason himself.
Think Floyd's story began in a south-east London pub in the early 1990s, when someone asked a local covers band if they could play "Comfortably Numb". They learned it for the following week, it went down a storm, and the Pink Floyd requests kept coming until the band gave a whole evening over to Floyd's music. Those nights soon drew hundreds of fans, and in 1994 a theatre promoter in the crowd turned the pub act into a full touring production. They've been playing venues across the UK and further afield ever since.
The show spans the full sweep of Pink Floyd's catalogue, from the psychedelic early days to the vast, atmospheric records that made them legends. Expect classics from The Dark Side of the Moon (1973), Wish You Were Here (1975), Animals (1977), The Wall (1979) and A Momentary Lapse of Reason (1987), with "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" and "Comfortably Numb" among the highlights. With a dedicated sound and lighting crew and a spectacular laser show behind them, it's a heartfelt celebration of one of rock's greatest bands. Even Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason has called them "Brilliant!"
